I sat in Church behind a cute family with a 1 year old, his mother calls him "P" on her blog. He was sitting on his mother's lap. When the opening song finished, she stood up to give the opening prayer and he was passed to someone else. He watched carefully as his mother walked up to the front and said the prayer.
When she finished he gave her a rousing round of applause.
Maybe we should do that more often.
