After the big rains we had over the past week, I went down the hill this morning and saw these strange creatures growing up along the edge of our property. Any idea what they are? The only thing I am sure of is that they don't look like mushrooms.

I was always under the impression that they were mushrooms. All I know is that my kids love to kick them over.

We have the same thing! Hmmm, weird. I am sure Abby has eaten them (our dog) and she is still kicking. So, I don't think they are too harmful but they are an eye sore.
